This atlas is hand-curated and static, which is deliberate — nothing here can fail because an upstream is down or a key expired. The cost is that it is only as fresh as its last edit. So it publishes the pipes: 46 official sources you can query yourself, of which 36 need no API key.
Only official publishers are listed. There are good commercial trackers in this space; none of them are here, for the same reason no law record cites one.
